MAINE CALL TO PRAYER DAY

Your state and national elected leaders have declared January 17, 2012, as Maine Call to Prayer Day!

This historic, one-time event is being hosted by the bi-partisan Maine Legislative Prayer Caucus and will unite elected officials and citizens at our State Capitol.

Please join us to:

  • Experience the launch of the Maine Legislative Prayer Caucus —
    the seventh in the nation.
  • Sign the historic Maine Call to Prayer Proclamation along with your elected leaders.
  • Celebrate the overwhelming Congressional vote to re-affirm and display our national motto: In God We Trust.

Maine is at the forefront of a movement that is growing daily with more than 20 states working towards forming legislative prayer caucuses.

The Maine Legislative Prayer Caucus will be part of a nationwide communication network of like-minded U.S. and state elected leaders and praying citizens who can be mobilized for strategic action.
